A Fort Lauderdale man faces a charge of attempted first-degree murder in a Port St. Lucie shooting last week.
24-year old Davontay Mosley is being held in the Broward County Jail but will be transferred to the Treasure Coast.
Police say he was one of three people in a car that was involved in the shooting of a 27-year old man whose name has not been released.
The victim was in his driveway in the Tradition community when a shooter walked up and opened fire. He has since been released from the hospital.
