Florida 12-year-old accused of auto thefts tells police why he did it
Police in Port St. Lucie have made an arrest in a rash of automobile theft cases targeting Kias and Hyundais.Property Det. Detectives said the suspect has been arrested in the past for the same crime and was released.The latest arrest took place Thursday and they said he confessed and is wearing an ankle monitor.
