Boully was arrested and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of DUI manslaughter, DUI with serious bodily injury and reckless driving causing serious bodily injury. The arrest is in connection to a March 15 crash that killed three people on SE Veterans Memorial Parkway. The arrest on Tuesday was made in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office.Boully is in the Okeechobee County Jail on $320,000 bond.Investigators say Boully was driving double the speed limit when he crashed into a tree along SE Veterans Memorial Parkway.”A lot of the incident was very fuzzy to him.
